Originally from a small village in Somerset, Peter has toured the world as a musician in many guises. In the early 1970’s his first record deal at the age of 19 led him to front a number of bands including Tuesday, Casino, Partners in Crime and The Ravers. Peter has been signed by Pye, A & M records, State Music and Vogue Paris and has supported acts such as 10cc, Thin Lizzy and Supertramp.

An excellent vocalist he also plays electric and acoustic guitar. He spent three years in New York and Hollywood and even got to meet BB King who signed his Gibson guitar when he played at his club in Memphis.

Peter’s played rock, blues, and American Songbook as well as some acting and voice-over parts. As a singer songwriter he has a huge back catalogue of material and has written over 300 songs.

Working as a piano entertainer on a number of Cruise Ships, including Princess Cruises and Seaborn, he had the opportunity to further travel around the world in places as far away as Alaska, Australia, the Far East, USA, India and the Mediterranean.

Since 2010, his four piece band plays every Friday and Saturday at The Ritz hotel in Piccadilly, London.

Living by the sea in East Sussex has inspired many of his recent songs and despite a love of travelling, St Leonards is where he calls home, where he is at his happiest playing his Gibson 335 or just as likely the clapped out pub piano, to the crowd in his local.

Peter’s repertoire is wide ranging and there are not many tunes that he won’t have a go at, though blues is his real passion. He has recently put together a five piece band playing such heroes as Muddy Waters, Etta James and BB King and has just finished an album of original blues music called Blue Horizon in addition to a covers album.

His latest original CD Alone in Paradise is now available to download.
